BOOKING and BILLING
Terms & Conditions

BOOKING DAYS:

Artists may be booked by the day, half-day, or the hour. The minimum hourly booking is two hours.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS:

All day bookings are computed at eight working hours. Before 8am and after 6pm or after eight consecutive working hours, time and a half will be charged, after ten consecutive working hours, double time will be charged, unless arrangements have been made with the Agency in advance. Sunday and legal holidays are billed at time and a half.

PREPARATION & WRAP TIME:

Preparation time is billed at full day rate.

TRAVEL TIME:

Travel time is computed at half-day rate if booking time is less than a half-day and travel time exceeds 30 minutes or 30 miles. On out of town locations, travel time to and from bookings is charged at half the day rate.

WEATHER PERMIT:

Type of weather must be specified. A same day cancellation will be charged at full fee. Cancellations 24 hours in advance will be charged as a half-day.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations 48 hours (two working days) in advance will be charged as half-day. 24 hours (one working day) in advance will be charged a full fee. Cancellations of trips, or full week confirmed bookings must be made one week prior to the booking, otherwise a full fee will be charged.

EXPERIMENTAL TEST SHOOTINGS:

Tests done by artists with photographers are for personal use only, and may not be published for editorial without the artist's and agency's credit being included, or sold without a fee being negotiated and the artist and agency being compensated.

AGENCY FEES:

A 20% agency service fee is charged on all bookings. A late charge of 2% per month will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30 days. Rates are subject to agency negotiation.
